Sigma Research has just launched My Care, I Care: a survey for people with diagnosed HIV who use clinics in London.
The survey is being carried out on behalf of the London Specialised Commissioning Group (SCG). The results will be used to improve NHS services for people living with diagnosed HIV.
The questionnaire asks you what you think about your HIV clinic and the other clinical services you use. It is anonymous, safe, and relatively short (it takes about 15-25 minutes to complete).
Taking part means you can have input into the way clinical services are configured in the future. A high response rate will also help us send a signal to government that HIV care matters.
